1、功能:

2、符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
GB/T19471.2-2004《塑料管道系統(tǒng) 硬聚氯乙烯管材彈性密封圈式承口接頭 負(fù)壓密封試驗(yàn)方法》、 ISO 13844:2000
3、基本原理:
將塑料管插口管段插入塑料管承口管段,使兩管段的軸線偏角滿足規(guī)定角度,并使插口管段產(chǎn)生一定的形變,在規(guī)定的溫度范圍內(nèi),依次向試樣施加兩個(gè)規(guī)定的負(fù)內(nèi)壓,在規(guī)定的測(cè)試時(shí)間內(nèi)觀察試樣的密封情況。
工作架:
至少包括兩個(gè)緊固裝置,其中一個(gè)是可調(diào)節(jié)的,在向試樣施加負(fù)壓(相對(duì)真空)的同時(shí),可以使試樣接頭處產(chǎn)生一定的偏轉(zhuǎn)角度。
夾具:可以在距離承口管段端面規(guī)定距離處的插口管段上,施加一個(gè)變形力。
真空泵:能施加并保持兩個(gè)規(guī)定的負(fù)壓。
隔離閥:安裝在真空泵和試樣之間。
試樣:
選擇適當(dāng)?shù)某叽?,管材的平均外徑dem,應(yīng)是在公差范圍內(nèi)的zui小值,并且承口尺寸(平均內(nèi)徑dem和放密封圈的密封槽的直徑)盡量取符合制造商規(guī)定的zui大值。
插口管段的自由長(zhǎng)度L,是指承口端面和插口管段密封接頭端面的距離,等于5倍的公稱外徑dn,插口管段的自由長(zhǎng)度Lzui小為500mm,zui大為1500mm。

四、試驗(yàn)方法和步驟:
(一)試驗(yàn)方法
1、按相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,選擇試樣安裝在試樣架上。
2、將經(jīng)過(guò)狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)后的試樣與加壓設(shè)備連接起來(lái),然后根據(jù)試樣的材料、規(guī)格尺寸和加壓設(shè)備情況,當(dāng)達(dá)到試驗(yàn)-(0.01±0.002)Mpa(絕壓0.093±0.002 Mpa)時(shí)關(guān)閉負(fù)壓泵開始計(jì)時(shí)。如果負(fù)壓變化超過(guò)0.005MPa,停止試驗(yàn)。
如果負(fù)壓變化不超過(guò)0.005 MPa,則對(duì)試樣繼續(xù)施加負(fù)壓,直到壓力達(dá)到-(0.08±0.002)MPa(絕壓0.023±0.002 Mpa)。斷開試樣與負(fù)壓泵,監(jiān)控壓力15min,并記錄負(fù)壓的變化。
機(jī)器同時(shí)顯示壓力曲線的實(shí)時(shí)變化。

Four, tubing negative pressure testing machine testing methods and steps:
(a) test method
